Sega Gamers’ Day - article round-up (Sonic Unleashed’s optional overworld)

When we first officially heard about Sonic Unleashed, I was kind of bummed to find out that an ‘overworld’ section was returning. I like to run through my levels, and that’s that. Now, with this latest batch of impressions, we hear that the overworld portion is optional. I guess that means you can blow through the game without having to talk to people, and jog around a town. Can I still get my story without adventuring in the overworld? I sure hope so.
